Answers to frequently asked questions to ArenaVita Premium Fitness

The entrance to ArenaVita Premium Fitness is located on the 3rd floor of the Caracalla Spa building.

Park conveniently in our pool garage with 250 parking spaces and direct access to all CARASANA Bäderbetriebe GmbH facilities. The pool garage is open daily from 8.00 am to 10.00 pm.

If you are using a navigation system, please enter the destination "Bädergarage" at "Rotenbachtalstraße 1, 76530 Baden-Baden" and follow the "Bädergarage" entrance.

  • As a guest of our facilities, you will receive a discounted parking rate.
  • VIP-Chip-holders and ArenaVita-members park free of charge for the first three hours when using our facilities.

Please note that parking in the pool garage overnight is not permitted!

Please bring both sports clothing and clean sports shoes to your fitness training at ArenaVita Premium Fitness. You will also need a towel to use as a mat when training on the weight machines or in the classes. You are also welcome to bring your water bottle to help yourself at our drinks station.

Free mineral water and isotonic drinks in three flavors are available at our hydration station. We also offer freshly squeezed fruit and vegetable juices at our ArenaVita counter. Remember: a tasty protein shake after training helps to build muscle. Alternatively, one of our tasty protein bars is also a quick option.

Members and guests of ArenaVita Premium Fitness can arrange their stay with us to suit their mood - whether it's a relaxing stay in the bathing and sauna area of the Caracalla Spa, a unique bathing experience in the historic Friedrichsbad or beauty and wellness treatments. We also offer various shopping opportunities in the ArenaVita (sportswear) and in the Caracalla Shop (bathing accessories, beauty and many extras).

As part of your ArenaVita membership, you can enjoy three hours free of charge every week in the bathing and sauna area of the Caracalla Spa.

Yes, there are various alternatives that do not require membership. You can find more information on our individual tariffs and ten-person cards at Prices.

Yes, our team of qualified sports instructors and licensed trainers is always on site and happy to advise you. As part of the TopVital system, regular meetings with trainers take place, because achieving your personal training goals is our incentive! We provide valuable tips, arrange appointments and ensure that you feel completely at ease with us.

For a fee, you can borrow a training towel or a bath towel (for the shower and bathing area only), which you simply return after your visit. Members receive a special price.

Rest periods are granted once per contract year for a continuous period of one month or for a continuous period of two months after a minimum term of 12 months. Rest periods do not extend the term of the contract; the membership fee is merely reduced for the rest months.

Members aged 14 and over can register for courses and endurance training. Strength training is not permitted under the age of 16.

You can arrange a non-binding trial training session at ArenaVita Premium Fitness. This costs €15 and would be offset against a permanent membership. Please make an appointment by calling Tel. + 49 (0) 7221 / 27 59-75. Our trainers will show you the facilities and give you all the information you need about training.

As part of their membership, every member can use the Caracalla Spa, including the sauna area, for three hours once a week. For each additional visit, you have the opportunity to secure a discounted rate with a VIP-Chip.
